Chapter 07 – Seals of the City

TITLE I:  GENERAL PROVISIONS
CHAPTER 7
SEALS OF THE CITY

1-7-1                Seal of the City
1-7-2                Seal of the Clerk

SECTION 1-7-1                    SEAL OF THE CITY. The seal heretofore provided for the City of  Belle Plaine, Iowa, and which has on its face and around its margin the words, “Seal of the City of Belle Plaine, Benton County, Iowa,” is hereby declared to be the seal of the said City of Belle Plaine, Iowa.

SECTION 1-7-2                    SEAL OF THE CLERK. The seal heretofore provided for the City Clerk having on the margin thereof in circular form the words, “Seal of the City Clerk,” and across the face and in the center thereof the words, “City of Belle Plaine, Iowa,” is hereby declared to be the seal of the City Clerk of said City.
